If you enable your Junk Mail filter correctly you won't get garbage on your iPhone or it will disappear automatically. In your desktop Mail app:
- Click Mail>Preferences>Junk.
- Check Enable Junk Mail Filtering.
- Click Move It To The Junk Mailbox.
- Click on Accounts>Mailbox Behaviors.
- Make sure Junk is not checked.
- In Safari on your desktop sign into your MobileMe account and go to Mail>Preferences>General and make sure the Junk Mail box is not checked.
