On Mac, you can easily show birthdays in your iPhone's Calendar:
- Add the birthday to the person's Contact info.
- In iCal on your desktop, go to iCal>Preferences>General>check Show Birthdays in Calendar.
- in iTunes on your desktop connect your iPhone and click on your iPhone in your Library list>Info tab>check the Birthday calendar.
