Your Contacts application, whether on Mac or PC, allows you to enter URLs. If this isn't an option when you edit a contact, you probably just need to enable it in Preferences or Options. In Contacts on your iPhone, these become active links you can click on and open pages in Safari. Sometimes these are easier to find using Contacts since Contacts are alphabetical.
