Weather Secrets

  • The Weather app does more than just check the current temperature:
  • Tap the Yahoo Y on the bottom left and you're taken to a Yahoo local page in Safari for the current city. This page is formated for your iPhone. It includes a city guide, calendar, events, movies, news, a lot of local links and, of course, a current forecast.
  • If you add more than one city, just flick right or left to get to the other cities' weather.
  • Press the i on the bottom right and then tap The Weather Channel logo. You'll be taken to a Weather Channel iPhone-formatted page in Safari where you can do a quick lookup of weather by zip code or city name.
