If you let your iPod lull you to sleep with mood music, you can have it put itself to sleep. At the end of say an hour, you iPod will gently fade out and turn itself off.
- Press Home>Clock>Timer>When Timer Ends>Sleep iPod>Set.
- Set the time.
- Press Start.
