The Notes app makes finding notes easy by putting the one most recently changed note at the top of the list. So if you have an old note that you regularly read but don't need to edit, it remains inconveniently towards the bottom of the list. But moving it to the top is simple:
- Open a note.
- Tap it to call up the keyboard.
- Type a space and tap the Delete key.
The note text remains unchanged but it's now at the top of the list.
